I’ve been coming to Jaja Spa for 7 YEARS for nail services and facials and not once have I had a single issue with my services—let that sink in. Lately, I started getting laser hair removal with the fabulous Marissa, and let me tell you—she is pure MAGIC. The treatment is practically painless (yes, really) and the results after just ONE session? Mind. Blown. I wasn’t expecting to see such a dramatic difference so quickly, but Jaja never fails to exceed every expectation.
The hospitality is next-level. The environment is not only aesthetically stunning, but also radiates good vibes and calm energy. The spa is clean and the room was calming which set it up perfectly. Kayla’s demeanour is kind, she listens and has a calming effect from the second you step inside. Kayla is incredible at performing facials. She asked me questions to best understand my needs and acted accordingly. I was so relaxed and my face felt 1000x better when she was done.

HIGHLY recommend!!!HALINA DINZI solemn get manicures but I got a gift card to Jaja spa and received service from Salma. First off they do not soak your nails and she explained that doing so swells your cuticles which leads to over cutting. And I am aware that your nails are more brittle. I liked that they didn’t soak. Next, she applied very close to my cuticles which is nice. Others tend to leave a slight gap which shows growth quicker. Lastly, I liked the shape that she created.
She took her time and I was very pleased with the service and work. I would go back and maybe try gel overlay or simple manicure too cuz she did a great job.SUZANNE LEEI had the most incredible first experience at Jaja spa with Kayla. ALEXANDRA BEECHI’m the kind of person who still wants to do the old fashioned nail polish and for three years now I wasn’t able to find a place where they still had the right products that will make it last for over a week. That is until I got to Jaja Spa on Lakeshore. Grace was the Nail Specialist and not only did she do a great job applying the product and dealing super carefully with the cuticles but she also managed to beautifully shape my short nails. I left super happy with the effect and felt the money was well spent. The nail polish lasted for 10 days and I’m a mom and a do all the house work myself ☺️
MARGARETI would give Jaja 10 stars if I could!! I get pedicures, manicures and facials here and I won’t go anywhere else now. All the girls are absolute rockstars at what they do, they are detailed oriented while still giving you the most relaxing experience. The products used are high quality and smell amazing, and the salon is super clean.
I’ve been seeing Kayla for over a year for facials and my skin has transformed under her care. I think my favourite facial is the Fire and Ice, but I always trust her recommendations.
